    Loved IT!!
My huspand dint think it sounded good so didnt want me to make it. But he said it was the best thing I ever made!!! The white chocolate was not overpowering at all. A savory sauce.
Dont forget the butter at the very end of the sauce I added 3 tablespoons. It was ommitted in the recipe. the second time i made it i was in a hurry so I just baked it in ciconut milk and added the topping the last 5 min under the broiler!

I absolutely love this recipe. Kelsey Nixon should have won food network star. She is awesome, Food Network is missing out on a star.

I have tried this dish at Red Lobster. I really enjoy the flavors. Since it was a Food Network contest recipe, I went home and found in this website. I made couple of times for friends and family. They loved and want much more.

This dish took me by surprise, because I would never have thought to add white chocolate to fish. It was wonderful! I love sweet anyway, so this was awesome, and my husband liked it, too.

I had to try this at Red Lobster since I saw it on the show and on the menu there. It was better than I expected. I am going to try the recipe and see how it comes out.

I must admit that I have not made this meal myself yet but I had it at Red Lobster and it was pathetic. This was also my first RL experience so maybe I expected too much. It was too sweet, the fish was soggy and had an odd texture.

The recipe sounded so good but I shan't be making it again. Like another contributor, I also processed the macadamia nuts a bit too much so they became paste-like. Still was able to adhere them to the fish ok but I didn't like the topping and the conflicting taste of the coconut milk and white chocolate was off putting. I ordered this at Red Lobster too and it was fairly bland; not something I'd order again so I thought making it myself would make it better? What was I thinking!

I read Kelsey's recipe and I do not understand why there are so many steps preparing the fish, why fry it and then bake it? It does not make any sense. It also doesn't include the straining of the sauce. I thinks maybe this is just the draft of her recipe and not her complete one. I tried the RedLobster's version and it came out great. My friends said it tastes even better than the restaurant's. Hah!
