Right after Kelsey won with this recipe, we ran went out to Red Lobster to try it. Absolutely wonderful. And it is just as terrific to make at home. Thanks Kelsey!

Why would you ever put an UNTESTED recipe on your web site?
You are professionals and I expect PROFESSIONAL recipes, or at least recipes that your test kitchens and/or your chefs have tried.

Pat of Lakeland doesn't know tilapia, it's a soft bland type of fish; which makes if very popular. Red Lobster's dish is just GREAT as it is! Adding more horseradish would kill any fish flavor at all! Praises to Kelsey Nixon for my new favorite fish recipe.

My husband & I made this the other night, & it was delicious. I kind of messed up the "breading" of the tilapia because I accidentally ground the macadamia nuts too much & a bit became peanut butter-like. The sauce was absolutely delicious & was the perfect complement to the macadamia nuts. The leftover fish & sauce were even tastier the next day!

I tried this at the Red Lobster in Knoxville, TN. It was on the Chef's menu and was listed as a food network recipe. It was wonderful!!! I wished that I had ordered the full order instead of just a 1/2 order. I would have loved to have it for lunch again the next day.

I was very disappointed in the sauce. I followed the recipe exactly and it was very bland, never thickened, and the sweetness of the chocolate just didn't go with the fish. I will make this again but will eliminate the coconut milk and the chocolate and add some horseradish.

I added some panko bread crumbs to the macadamia nuts but other than that this was very good!
