I tried this recipe recently - very easy and tasted wonderful. (I also ordered it off of the menu at Red Lobster where it is currently featured. This is a MUST try recipe. Enjoy!

If Kelsey doesn't win maybe she should cook for red lobster. I am not much of a tilapia fan but when I saw her cooking this knew I had to try it. It was worth every bite and wish I had more

Had this at The Red Lobster in Chico, CA and they sprinkled chopped macadamia nuts and some (unsweetened? coconut on top. It was absolutely one of the most delicious dishes I've ever tasted!

I notice that the only people who liked this had it at Red Lobster. Those of us who actually MADE this did not , including me. How about only the people who used THIS recipe review the recipe.

I had to try this entree at Red Lobster. It was so good! The nuts added a great crunch to the dish. It reminded me of the coconut shrimp appetizer I use to love so much (before giving up disgusting bottom-feeder shrimp. My husband did not like the sweetness of the dish, but the rest of us thought is was a great combination of flavors. I am looking forward to making this at home!

This is a very dry dish. The fish coated with macademia does not need a THICK sauce like this one. The sauce is very heavy and does not complement a breaded fish. I dont recommend this recipe at all.

I had this dish at Red Lobster and it was absolutely amazing!

My favorite dish at Red Lobster was always Shrimp Scampi - well not any more. My new favorite dish is Macadamia Cresited Tilapia with White Chocolate Beurre Blanc. I could not stop raving about it during dinner.

I was still raving about it the next day.

If Red Lobster does not keep this dish on it's menu I will be very upset. In fact, I may not go back to Red Lobster if they take it off the menu.

My husband and I talked to our server about the dish and he said that the servers were given the chance to taste the dish the first day that it was on the menu. He said even the people that don't like fish loved it. He hasn't heard of anyone that has not like it.

    Way to go Kelsey!!!!
