I had a bunch of macademia nuts left and decided to try her recipe - I watched the episode where she created it. It was amazing!!! The fish/nut combo was good, but it was the sauce that really made the dish. It had amazing flavor, and the chocolate didn't taste like "chocolate", it just added a distinct sweetness and really, really accentuated the fish well. I also LOVE Kelsey and hope she wins this year!!! Keep up the good work!

I went to Red Lobster and just had to try this dish. I was very dissapointent with all the flavers of the dish. The White Chocolate Beurre Blanc was did not do anything for the didh but ruin it... I was very dissapointed with Red Lobster for putting that dish on their menu....
I'm a Great Cook and I know I could have done much better that that....

I had this at Red Lobster last night and made the dish as per her recipe...It was fabulous both times. The Red Lobster recipe was modified a bit I think because there were not nearly as many macadamia nuts. The sauce also tasted a bit different. But it was easy to make and still tasted great. Everyone in my family loved it.

Just got back from Red Lobster and I thoroughly enjoyed the tilapia with the white chocolate. My wife and daughter enjoyed the portions I shared. I have a huge sweet tooth and the white chocolate hit the spot. We skipped dessert. The couple in the table next to us, also had and liked the tipalia.

I went to Red Lobster on 6/27/08 with my mom for the sole purpose to try Kelsey's
dish. I watched the show and I always wanted to try what everyone had made but it was a real
honor to try Kelsey's. I have nevery tried Freash Fish so I wanted my first time to be phenominal.
It was the best fish to try for the first time. It was smooth and melted in my moth with each bite.

The Beurre Blanc sause was to die for to and the best thing about it was it had nutralized the
spice kick to the Brocolli I had ordered with it. I am honord to have tried this fish and i am so happy
her dish won. If anyone reading this has not tried it you must for under $20.00 it is well worth it.
I look forword to eatting it again or trying any other dish that comes out of this show.

Good Job Kelsey and keep up the good cooking.

This is fantastic. The first bite you taste the white chocolate and then the flavor just explodes in your mouth. And I don't even like fish! It almost seems to "fancy and good" to be at Red Lobster.
I would recommend and eat this several times a week it is so good! We even asked the manager to try to keep it on the menu after July!

I can't wait to try to make it at home.
