What a glaze!

This recipe is very simple and the glaze adds an entire new dimension to the steak dinner. The glaze is also fantastic with the side dishes. This recipe turns an ordinary dinner into a five-star dining experience.

The first time I made this, I took one bite, dropped my fork and slapped my forehead. It was so good!!! There is a little confusion in the directions. After searing and marinating, take out the steak. Let the oven heat while the steak comes to room temp. Cook in broiler pan, turning over halfway through. This is one of the very best steaks I've ever had!
