The chops are marvelous and the peach bbq sauce is tasty; however, the sauce competes with the flavor of the chops rather than complement it. Next time, I will not serve the two together. The five-star rating is because the chops are so-o-o good.

I love this sauce. I've tried it on several cuts of pork and it is delicious. You will not be disappointed with this recipe. It is definately a keeper.

I tried this recipe because it looked so great on the show and it's fabulous! The peach bourbon bbq sauce is delish. I used fresh peaches because they're in season right now and the sweetness of the sauce pairs perfectly with the pork. One thing I changed was to cut back on the sugar because the fresh peaches were very sweet on their own.

I like the idea of using a brine in cooking, because that's what the pros do. FoodNetwork seems a little too oriented towards fast food ideas, which is nice as a base, but sometimes to get a desired taste, there is no shortcut. The recipee was very easy to follow and the outcome was very tasty. I would like to see more wonderful recipees done as this one was.

The brine made them too salty. The hickory he used too strong. Don't even get me started on the sauce. Would not waste my time or money again.
