This recipe is easy to make and is wonderful. My husband and I both really enjoyed it. I did add some water chestnuts for a little extra crunch and more Sriracha once it was made, just for a little extra kick.

We love this stuff. I made almost exactly as stated except I didn't use fish sauce. It really doesn't need any. This filling is great wrapped in a tortilla and add a little cheese and microwave until cheese melts for a tasty burrito. I also use it as a pizza topping using pesto as the pizza sauce. Of course the lettuce wraps are great too!

One of the best things I've made in a long while. The cabbage added a nice crunch!

The cabbage I bought was quite overpowering and tough. I would recommend iceberg instead hands down. As you can see from the recipe, there are a lot of oils and sauces asked for which lead to a bit of a greasy taste and could be substituted with more of the spicy sauce or garlic or something else to give flavor.

This recipe is great. What I like most is that the recipe is very versatile and can be used to make many wonderful, beef, pork or chicken dishes with vegetables too. The flavors from the ginger, garlic, onion and sauces is wonderful. The turkey cabbage wraps are great!
