just when I thought mac and cheese was becoming "old news" here comes Adam with this most ever delicious recipe that I fell in love with.It takes a little time to prepare but is worth every minute spent.

I would love to try this recipe. It looked great on the show, but what type of cheese is the ingredient, "1/2 pound processed cheese singles"? American? Although that doesn't sound very good in this dish. Did anybody catch that?

This was a great twist on mac and cheese. I didn't see the need for many modifications (which is a first for me so I made it very similar to the original recipe. I was cautious at first about the processed cheese, but the overal dish came out great. As for you, "Waste of Lobster", if you don't like the idea of the "recipie" then don't make it,CERTAINLY don't bother to rate it, and move on like you have a life. No one wants to hear your opinions about the show, or life in general for that matter. Quit wasting the space for REAL reviews.

I made this as close as I could. Seeing as how I am taking most of it to a Potluck tomorrow. I didnt do the lobster although I think it would have added to it. I thought it was great! This recipe makes enough for a 9x13 and a 8x8. Thanks, Adam and Good Luck in your quest for the NFS!!!
