I made these for a triple-D party according to the recipe and they were heaven. Bought freshly shucked oysters and got fresh French rolls from the bakery. This is a ten star recipe, one of those things that looks simple and straightforward but turns into magic. I did put a little salt and pepper in the breading. The oysters cook perfectly in under two minutes, and the peanut oil is the right flavor. Served them with Louisiana hot sauce for those inclined. Awesome.
