Ingredients
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce coconut-flavored rum
  • 1 ounce merlot or similar red wine
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
  • Edible flower, for garnish
Directions
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice. Pour in the pomegranate juice, rum, red wine and elderflower liqueur. Shake very well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a flower.
