I made this for a dinner party last night and everyone loved it! One guy said it was the best shrimp he had ever eaten. I used the 31/40 count shrimp and did not cut up. Butterflying the shrimp allows them to really absorb the flavor, and they are delicious even without the sauce. Who'da thunk ketchup and orange soda . . . but the flavor was delicious. I like this version so much better than ones made with V-8 juice or whatever.

The shrimp can stand alone, excellent flavor, the sauce is a great blend of flavors, including the orange soda, thanks Guy.
