This was the best chicken I have ever tasted. I used Cherrybark chips over my coals for a smoky flavor. Incredibly tender. It did take longer than I expected to cook though.

Beer can chicken is the most moist delicious chicken you can make. I added 1 clove of garlic, quickly smashed with a knife to the beer along with a little basil and oregano. The added flavor was wonderfull. This is the only way I want to make chicken on the barbque from now on!

It is easy to do. The chicken is very moist and has a great flavor. We love it!!
