So yummy! Huge hit in my house. I make it all the time and have yet to find another Caesar that could compare.

This salad was incredible - amazing dressing!! And so fun to make. I didn't change a single thing about the dressing - it's perfect as is. I did add crispy bacon though. My boyfriend absolutely loved it : Grinding the garlic into a paste using the back of a spoon took some elbow grease, but just when my arm was starting to get tired, it began to form a paste....yay! I did the presentation suggested in the recipe, but I also made some extra and tossed it in a wooden bowl on the table. I can't wait to make/eat this again!

Nice homestyle taste, but I would reduce the mustard a bit. It had a little too much bite. My BIL who loves spicey thought it was great!!

I was out of red wine vinegar and used balsamic. Added a little tabasco since we like some spice. It was excellent!! I'll use this over and over.

I used this recipe for the dressing only, and it was wonderful. It was as good or better than any I've had at a restaurant, including the freshly-made tableside caesar I had recently at a local Italian eatery. (I used the blender instructions, and I used a raw, instead of coddled, egg. Highly recommended!

I did not have any anchovies so I made the dressing without it. I added 5 cloves of garlic instead of 7 and I tell you it was alot. Maybe the fact that I didn't use the anchovies made the taste of the garlic very strong. I had garlic breath the whole night! Next time I make it, I will make sure to use anchovies and use less garlic.

I messed up the reipe a bit with two small children I often get distracted but it came out great anyway. I think the true recipe would be even better.
