    I made this dressing and was very impressed - reminded me of when you were able to order a caesar salad out and they made it at the table. All of my guests loved it!

    I am a caesar salad fanatic......and have found the perfect dressing to make at home. I never have to go out to have caesar again. The flavors are incredible...and it is so easy. I put it in the blender and in less than 2 minutes I have dressing. My husband thought it was wonderful and my sister in-law thought it was bought. She didn't think you could make something so great from home.

    The dressing was great, the presentation was very impressive, but eating it was a bit difficult. I might just use this dressing on a regular caesar salad for that reason. It was really good though.

    I've served this salad dressing four times now. The raves never change....everyone loves it! Its easy to prepare and delicious. I make it the night before I'm going to serve it now, and refrigerate it; That just allows the ingredients to do even more wonderful things together; I could almost forget the salad and just use a spoon to eat the dressing!

    If you're looking for an easy way to impress your friends, this is the recipe for you. I make the dressing the night before and it is the tastiest Caesar salad dressing I've ever had. The presentation really impresses your guests, and they are amazed at your creativity and skill, whereas the steps are so simple, they'll never know how easy it is. One word of advice-sometimes the crouton collars collapse a bit, so I put toothpicks in the center of mine to keep them open while in the oven.
