Initially the taste was bitter and I was unsure if I'd really like it...but after a few sips, it really wasn't bad. I think this is a good drink for ppl who are watching carbs.

Even tho I used sweet, fresh watermelon, these tasted like cucumbers. Maybe they would be better with frozen peaches or raspberries...

We served over the 4th for company. They loved it and so did we! The secret: really ripe, sweet watermelon, really good (aka expensive tequila, and Grand Marnier. It was the smoothest margarita I've ever had. I plan to buy and freeze watermelon while it's at the height of it's season to keep on hand for future "need" of a great margarita! Thanks for the terrific recipe!!

...but found mine a tad bit tart. Nothing simple syrup couldn't correct though. Simply add to taste.

Since I love Watermelon and I love Maragritas, this drink was perfect for after dinner.
