I made this today, it is awesome. I added some sliced cherry tomatoes and a dash of sea salt to the salsa. A new favorite!

Made this last night for the first time...only left out the Jalapeno as the kids are not fans of them. This recipe turned out awesome, especially when added with rice! The chicken tasted fantastic and when complimented the mango salsa, it knocked it out of the park. With a mix of flavors like this, it will be served again soon. Not to mention, the remaining salsa we did not use made a great snack!

not what i was expecting but good nonetheless. the flavoring on the chicken was delish! the mango salsa turned out okay, but not as good as i had hoped. Although I do not give it 5 stars, my boyfriend sure does. he LOVED it. the only change I did was powdered ginger not fresh. all in all, i would make it again..

This was an easy recipe that was a huge family pleaser. Good use of fresh mango. I followed the recipe as instructed, and it was very tasty. Served with beans.

This recipe is amazing. The chicken has really great flavor and the salsa puts it over the top. I used basil instead of cilantro.

I have made this twice now, as my husband begs me every night to make it again. I used one lb chicken breast, 1/2 head of garlic, a one inch piece of ginger, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, small pinch of kosher salt, 5 tbsp lime juice, and a dash of hot sauce.

I would suggest marinading this as long as you can. First time, I had no time to marinade and could barely taste it in the chicken.

This would also be great as a salad dressing I think :

This is a great, flavorful recipe. I grilled the chicken breasts after marinating. It turned out super.

I've made this dish several times for parties - it's always a big hit. It's easy and delicious! I add a chopped avocado to the salsa - it's fantastic. I serve it with Cilantro rice.

This recipe was simple to make and tasty, but the mix of flavors is not my favorite.
