6 cloves of RAW garlic added at the end?! Not good.

These were delicious and easy. I used red potatoes and left out the basil.

I thought the potatoes were very good...and they were easy too. Plus my husband who is VERY picky loved them, so they are a keeper!

Made these last night and everyone really liked them. It's too bad there's not a picture of it, because it's a good looking dish too. It's a bit rustic, very simple, and delicious. In case you didn't see the show, you're only breaking up the potatoes somewhat, to open them up for the seasoning. I used fresh parsley instead of basil because of something else I was serving, but can't wait to try it with basil. Might want to add the garlic a little at a time if you're not sure how much is "too much" for you. Make sure you use a good olive oil, one that would be good enough for dipping bread.
