This is some of the best sauce for both grilled steak, fish, lobster and shrimp that we've ever eaten. Garlic bread and a fresh garden salad made the meal complete.

Not a big meat eater, but I just couldn't stop eating this. Really easy, too. And the Chimichurri sauce is delicous too. This will definitely be a staple in my house from now on.

I used the salt solution on steaks and it imparts a delicious flavor and the steak is moist. I am giving this recipe to all my friends. Too good to keep to myself.

A great recipe. Especially if you grew up in South America. This just brings it back home.

This sauce is amazing, and so useful in so many ways.
Used as per recipe and it was a hit with the whole crowd.

Also - we make what we call "Working Girls Supper" (That would be daughter and I both working long shifts- the Chimcurri Sauce makes a wonderful Pesto like sauce on store bought Cheese Ravioli. All we do is triple the amount of parsley - use curly parsley instead of the flat and voila - one batch lasts 2 - 3 suppers (depending on who is eating and doubles as sauce for meat and sauce for the veggie in the house!

Love it - thank you so much for bringing flavor and fun to cooking without bringing fuss!
