This whole recipe Rocks, even if you just grill the steak with just the cayenne pepper and salt mixture people can't believe how good it is. They think that you are lying to them when you tell them the only ingrediants are water salt and Cayenne. The Chimichurri is well worth it also.

This has to one of the best and easy ways to spice up a simple cookout in the backyard. If you only use the pepper marinade I think you will be well pleased.

I am a steak lover and this sauce for basting will be incorporated in every steak I cook. The basting enhances the beef flavor making a "select piece of meat taste like "choice" or pewrhaps "prime", yes it is that good.
