Muddle 4 strawberries (hulled and halved) and 1/4 ounce agave nectar in a cocktail shaker. Add 2 ounces vodka (preferably Kanon Organic) and 4 ounces seltzer. Shake, then pour into a tall ice-filled glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
