Actually Try it before you rate a recipe so lowly.
This isn't a place for your advertising.
Clarified butter? It HAS to be better than the petroleum products the other writer is touting.
Just for clarification.
Why would you order allegedly real butter over the internet when it is fresh at the local grocery store?
Cows have been producing real milk and real butter for thousands of years so I bet they are better at it than some lousy place that has been pushing there stuff a measly 45 years.
