I would really really love to get my hands on the Levain Bakery chocolate chip walnut cookies. I tried the "sugoodsweets.com" website but still had no luck. Anyone else out there with a comparable recipe?

I was really hoping to find the Levain Bakery recipe here. Bobby's recipe makes a good cookie, but the Levain cookies are KILLER! Their choc. chip cookie recipe can be found online at sugoodsweets.com/blog/2006/04/levain/. Can't figure out why Food Network chose not to print it.

These are the best, but I have what may be a dumb question--what is muscovado sugar? Is it comparable to the light & dark sugars in the supermarket?

I tried 2 other recipes on here and the both well... stunk .I saw Bobby Flay the other day make these and I had to give it one more shot .So I did ,but I had to use splenda brown sugar mix and the splenda suger mix because I have diabetes .OMG they turned out sooooooo good Im am so happy I cant wait to shove one in my husband mouth when he gets home LOL
