The BEST choc chip cookies I've EVER made!!! Hands down! I added 1 Tbsp of flour more than the recipe called for, and they were perfection!

had to add a bit more flour to mine and refrigerate dough for about 20 minutes, as the first batch came out very flat. the extra bit of flour and cold dough made for perfect 3rd batch!

Bomb. These were easy to make and delicious. I cooked mine for 9 minutes and they were a great combo of crispy outside and chewy inside.

I love these cookies! For the people who posted that the cookies are too fluffy and cakelike, you must be doing something wrong. The reason I love these cookies is because they are thin and chewy (when cooked properly.

Since I first started baking these cookies(sometime last year, it is my go to recipe.

    Thanks, Bobby :

I really love Bobby Flay....but really think he may have to just stick to the grill. When I read the recipe, it sounded promising (even after reading some of the stellar reviews but when I made it I found the cookie to be boring. I even used orange extract instead of vanilla to give it some more pizazz, and nothing. I'm not fond of the fluffier, cake like texture. I like more of a chewy choco. chip cookie. So unfortunately, this is gonna be a thumbs down for me :(

Ok, I'm sold. I've tried dozens of cc cookie recipes and they're all pretty boring. This is exceptional. This recipe receives the honor of being added to my cooking repertoire.

LOVE these! I use this cookie dough recipe all the time and they always come out great. I sometimes add different nuts or peanut butter chips just to change it up every once in awhile.
