Thank you Mike and Grandma Maroni this recipe is the best! I do add additional seasoning to suit my own palette but it great to have a traditional recipe to go to. I'm half Italian and my mother which is the Di Gianno doesn't like to cook so thank you again for saving me with such a great recipe.

My husband and I have been in search of a good meatball recipe, made this last weekend and they were the BEST meatballs we've had. I did use fresh breadcrumbs like in the video, a little more than what was written in the recipe. The ramono is what gives it its saltiness and awesome flavor so don't leave it out. I didn't turn the meatballs and didn't have a problem with them burning. Make sure you have a oven thermometer in your oven so you know that your oven is on target. So easy to make...taking them to a 4th of July party this Saturday.

Quite tasty, but I would recommend adding some more seasoning. Additionally, I had to add quite a bit of extra breadcrumbs and they were still pretty soft. Finally, be sure to turn during baking or the bottoms will burn.

Made these 2x already, and about to make them tonight. One of the best meatball recipes. I usually like the 3 different types of meat, but this works! Love the that they are cooked in the oven.
I hope everyone tries this recipe 1x. Even tho there is not a lot of spices, it works!

I substituted the beef for turkey and the meatballs were still excellent! Love the fact that these are cooked in the oven. They are very easy to make, mix the ingredients, pop 'em in the oven and DONE! Love it.

These meatballs have absolute great flavor. I love that they are oven cooked. The flavor tastes so authentic and they were easy to make. Thank you for sharing this family recipe!

Found that I had to add a bit more bread crumbs as the balls were a little too loose to roll, but other than that, they were a great success. Will definitely make this recipe again and will try it using a mixture of ground sirloin, pork and veal.

I've been experimenting and trying meatball recipes, even creating my own recipes for meatballs. THIS ONE IS THE BEST!! The reason is you taste all the ingredients when you bite into the meatballs! Since it doesn't have the sauce recipe, I used Muir Glen (organic Garlic Roasted Garlic sauce. It was perfect!!!

I used a mixture of ground pork and ground beef. I find it really strange that there's absolutely no seasoning in this recipe. Salt?? Pepper?? Don't get me wrong, they taste good, but a little bland (and I added some salt even though there was no call for it. I will make them again and maybe add some garlic salt or something.

Just awesome. I left our the ramono and 2 ounces more of bread crumbs. Added cilantro instead of the parley. Added powder onion and garlic. Fabulous. Kept it in the oven for only 35 minutes. They were browning to quickly at the bottom.
