I have been trying for years to find a meatloaf recipe that our whole family would love, and this certainly fits the bill. I now know why the Collucci Brothers took Bobby down in the Meatloaf Throwdown he challenged them to! The texture is not dense and brick-like, like you get with a lot of meatloaves, and the flavors are just perfect. A weekly staple in our house now!

This recipe was great - I always double the recipe because the left-overs are even better (if thats possible. My 7 year old daughter didn't even need any additional ketcup and rarely eats meat - but she loves this.

I love Bobby Flay but I perfer the other recipe.

    Enjoy !

I tried this recipe however I used 1 lb. of beef and 1 lb. pork. It was great...the best meatloaf I've ever had. And it was my first time making meatloaf, easy and delicious!

Man this Meatloaf reminds me of when I was a kid. No cares no worries just fun and mischief. I wish every food made such an impact on my life. Meatloaf was the one dish we could count on Momma not messin up. These guys nailed it with this recipe.
    Thanks

I substituted frozen red & green peppers for carrots and zuchinni, which I didn't have. It was delicious. At the end I applied of dollop of SOUR CREAM just before serving. EXCELLENT!!!

    Thank you!

This is the best meatloaf recipe that is pure comfort food. Good, basic, satisfying and delicious when served with mashed potatoes.

I don?t make meatloaf very often due to the fact mine always comes out rather bland and boring... This recipe ROCKS, the only thing different was for the last 3-5 minutes I put it under the broiler to ?toast? the ketchup.. It came out crispy on the outside but yet moist inside, this is a keeper for sure, Thanks for sharing!!

I have replaced my old meatloaf recipe with this one. I tried it after seeing it on Throwdown with Bobby Flay. It was really good and the ketchup on top is great. My family loves it!
