The pretzels were wonderful and the cheese sauce added a kick to the pretzels.

These pretzels were delicious! I have never attempted anything like this before. I saw Bobby on Throwdown yesterday and decided to try it out. I had everything in the house to make them, minus the pablano peppers. I did, however, have jalepenos, bananna peppers, serrano peppers and cilantro. I used this combination with the monteray jack cheese and it was delicious! These pretzels rock! Thank you Bobby!!!!

I just finished making these Pretzels and my daughter loved them. I changed the ingredients a little bit. I used honey instead of sugar and I used half unbleached AP flour and half whole wheat pastry flour. It was delicious and healthier for the kids. I am already being told that I have to make it again when this batch is gone.

I made these at 6000 feet. I used all 5 cups of flour, and baked for 18 minutes until done.

This recipe is beyond good! Nice and crispy on the outside, light and fluffy inside. I use the dough to make pretzel dogs by rolling the dough out to about 1/4", then cut out 3" x 4" (or whatever size will cover your dogs of choice. Wrap the dog, then pinch to seal the edges. Complete recipe as directed (boil, egg wash, salt and bake. We used the leftover dough to do pretzel bites, which I tossed in melted butter and cinnamon sugar. My family loved it!

These pretzels are amazing. I don't know if its my oven, but I think they only needed to bake about ten minutes. They are so chewy and delicious. Best I've ever had.

After finally making these pretzels, it is no wonder that Bobby Flay crushed Big Daddy. The cheese sauce is the perfect compliment to these wonderful, chewy pretzels. I look forward to seeing Bobby beat many other cooks at their own game, in the future.
