I can't imagine a better fish taco. I used Mahi-Mahi and flour tortillas. I also cooked my onion (vidalia for the salsa creme because I prefer my onions that way. I think it brings out the sweetness. Sooooo good!!

It took me 10 seconds, at most, to find the cook/restaurant that Bobby challenged on this episode via searching the internet. Why people come here to "review" the recipe without ever trying it is very confusing to me. For those who want to know how to find the place that Bobby challenged, here ya go: http://www.mamatestataqueria.com/ .
Seriously, it would have taken less time to search it than post a "fake" review.

The relish and all the fixin's were delicious. I used talapia and it was not a wise choice, but everything else turned out excellent. I highly recommend the tomatillo relish.

I get most all my recipes from the food network and cook very often. This is the best dish I think i've ever made and I'm pretty critical. If you want to make fish tacos- look no further. I used mahi mahi and cooked it on a grillpan- . The avocado-tomatillo relish is ON POINT; the smoked tomato crema was my favorite sauce- i grilled tomatoes on the grilpan; the habanero mango hot sauce is really good too- roasting the pepper takes down the heat a bit. The slaw is great too
