Tokyo Ginza Cocktail
- 1 .5 oz. Absolut Citron
- 1 .5 oz. Sugei Sake
- 2 oz. sweet and sour
- 1 oz. Chambord
- Lemon grass and raspberries (garnish)
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients, stirring with a bar spoon. Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon grass and raspberries.
