Tokyo Ginza Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1 .5 oz. Absolut Citron
  • 1 .5 oz. Sugei Sake
  • 2 oz. sweet and sour
  • 1 oz. Chambord
  • Lemon grass and raspberries (garnish)
  • Ice
Directions

Fill mixing glass with ice. Add the ingredients, stirring with a bar spoon. Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon grass and raspberries.
