this was fairly easy and delicious!! I did cut the potatoes on the smaller side. Overall it was a big hit!

I will make this for dinner tomorrow but my only regret is that the recipe did not include the chicken and how it was prepared as Tom made it on TV. He is SO much fun to watch and I truly hope he has a future at Food Network.....he is wonderful and makes you feel good.
