Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  • 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
Directions

Roughly chop the tomatoes. Place in a saucepan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook slowly on stove top until tomatoes are melted. Add chopped basil and serve.
