I made these in cupcake pans for easy individual servings. I needed to adjust the bake time, but everyone fell in love with them. They are easy to make, and freeze well! I'm going to make them for Thanksgiving in a mini- cupcake pan, so people can enjoy a variety of desserts.

i prepared this for a new year's party. i found the end product to be dry and bland. it came out more like a shortbread/biscuit than the gooey blondie i was hoping for.
