    We just finished eating these and they are excellent. They are really easy to make and turned out perfect! The flavors are good and this was a great way to use up left-over wild rice! My only regret is that I didn't double the recipe so we could have leftovers!

    I made this with a fish fry one night, in lieu of potato pancakes. The flavor was wonderful and I received many complements from our guests!!! Will definately make again. Thanks!
