This is an amazingly light dish that I used as appetizers during a party for most guests and as the main course for a few vegetarians. It was a smash hit. I love the play between the olives and tomatoes that is well-balanced by the onion and zucchini. This was is a keeper!

I did this pizza with red bell peppers, fresh spinach, mushrooms, red onions, feta, and topped it off with Sun-dried tomatoe/basil mozz! I still followed all the recipe, just chose my own ingredients! It was simple and fabulous!

This recipe is very cute. It would be great if you were having a slumber party. By that I mean, the kids could easily make their own personal pizzas with whatever they wanted for toppings.

Made this as one of several dishes for a party last evening and people LOVED it. It was so easy to make, too. I am planning on throwing one in the oven tonight for dinner with the leftover tortillas and topping mix.

These were great and so easy to make! I just used the olive oil I had instead of a fruity kind like they suggested.

I've made it twice, leaving out the zucchini only because I was short on time, and served them as appetizers. This recipe has received nothing but great compliments. Give it a try!
