This is my husband's favorite and I always avoided making, because I didn't know how. This recipe was easy and delicious!

This was my first time with eggs benedict. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and they turned out pretty good. The hollandaise was a little thin, though.

This was my first time making/eating eggs benedict. I made them for my husband who loved them. The only thing I had to modify was the cooking time. I simmered the eggs for about 3.5 minutes b/c when I simmered them for 4, the yolks were not runny. I will definitely make thiese again.

Very basic recipe for the hollandaise sauce, but quite tasty nonetheless. Made a great "breakfast in bed" for Mother's Day. It led to a second course. :

This hollandaise sauce is very easy and delicious. We substituted a crab/salmon mix for the ham.
