Ingredients
- 1 pound tri-tip steak
- Any kind of seasoning, to your taste
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Remove fat from the trip tip. On the side that you have removed the fat sprinkle your favorite seasoning. Place in a sealable plastic bag and add Worcestershire sauce. Let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove tri tip from the marinade and grill over high heat until desired doneness.

I agree with Jeremy... this isn't a recipe, it's a waste of my time. It's not even helpful in regards to the proper technique to grill a tri tip. Come on Kevin Casey!

I don't recall ever seeing a recipe missing so many details.
It's the same as saying "Put steak on grill, use whatever seasonings you want, and take it off when you feel it's done".
NOT a good recipe at all.
