    What a change from the usual bland recipes! This one really clicked in one of the best ways. Wouldn't change a thing other than take the bacon all the way up the stalks. Good job on this one Trisha.

    This dish was FANTASTIC! I only made 1/2 of the mixture and still extremely tasty. Even my younger kids ate the asparagus! Will make it again!

    The recipe was easy to follow. I used Turkey Bacon and the asparagus bundles were a hit Trisha you are such a verstile cook I have enjoyed several recipes and all have been GREAT.

    Made this for Christmas Dinner.They were beautiful on the table and everyone loved it! This dish has been added to our holiday menu! YUMMY!

    These were super simple to make and quite tasty. Decided to add these to Christmas dinner this year -- one of our guests ate 4 of the bundles!! They went really well with the ham. Will make again!!

    This sauce is amazing!!! I wound the bacon all the way up the stalk because I hate when bacon isn't rendered enough. Came out perfect and everyone loved it. Now I'm thinking about wrapping chicken breast in bacon and baking with this sauce. Yum!!!!

    Ok. I confess this may be user error. The ends game out shriveled and the part underneath the bacon was mushy. My mother in-law was running late for Christmas eve so I did keep them on low in the oven to stay warm. My warning would be that if you try this make sure that the cooking time is perfect. It was not very forgiving.
