Great recipe! The first time I made it I followed the instructions exactly.Got rave reviews. The second time I tweaked it a bit by adding 1 small can of mild green chiles and a good dash of Worcestershire sauce.I serve it with very dense, lightly salted tortilla chips. Excellent! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This recipe is on the bottle of some Captain Rodneys bottled sauces - I love it - if you make it according to that recipe you drizzle his sauce over the top - its usually a sweeter sauce and it cuts back on the richness of this recipe - Always a hit whenever I make it item not reviewed by moderator and published
Since I can't eat cream cheese, I wonder if a combo of mascarpone and sour cream would work? Any thoughts? Three stars based solely on my imagination of the dish. item not reviewed by moderator and published
My friends and I loved this dip! I've never been a fan of mayo, so I subbed in Greek yogurt, and then added a little extra sharp cheddar to the top before baking. Next time I think I'll add a little more green onion on top as well. Would definitely make this again! item not reviewed by moderator and published

I'm sure you have an excellent imagination, but you shouldn't downgrade a recipe you haven't actually made just because you can't eat one of the ingredients. item not reviewed by moderator and published
