I have been making this relish for 50 years (and my mother did before me. The only difference is I grind an apple along with the oranges/cranberries/nuts. I make this for every holiday as this goes excellent with turkey, ham AND roast beef. I always have to make a lot because the 'kids' want to take some home to enjoy later. I thought EVERYONE made cranberry relish!!?

I love this recipe. I cooked my cranberries with a little water and 3/4 cup sugar. Once the berries popped open I mixed in the oranges. I cut the oranges into bite size pieces and added the pecans. I've made this three times since Thanksgiving. Yum!!

I loved this recipe. I made it at Thanksgiving and everyone loved it as well. Easy to make and something different to do with cranberries. Thanks Trisha.

I like cranberries, many different ways and in many dishes...... This recipe is so fresh, refreshing and just plain deee-lish, Trish! I'd give it 10+ stars if I could. I was still eating it long after the turkey was gone (I made bunches. Oh, my goodness, it goes well with EVERYTHING holiday and every day! Was a hit on Thanksgiving and is a keeper for sure!. My mouth is watering as I type! Thanx for sharing!

I made this for Thanksgiving and my husband and I loved it. I'm not a fan of oranges, but I love clementines, so I substituted 4 clementines and added the zest from the clementines as well. I also increase the pecans to 2/3 cup. This did not last long as we snacked on it between meals or even for breakfast. This is now a new family recipe and a new Thanksgiving tradition. Thank you, Trisha!

Made this for Thanksgiving but also added a can of whole cranberries to make it go further so good I loved it and so did my family. I will always make this now.

After Thanksgiving dinner was over and we had put the left overs in the fridge I went back the next day and my husband had taken the relish and eatten the entire bowl of what remained. I already have requests to make for Christmas. It was amazing.

I also thought this was too easy to be good, but I loved it! I did substitute Splenda for the sugar because I have to watch my sugar intake.

This is so easy and was great! Even better on a turkey sandwich. But I think the best part was I told my mom that I had made it and she was so excited. She said her mother always made that for Thanksgiving (her mom died when my mom was only 12. I didn't know that before hand. That's what I love about cooking for people, those little suprises that can bring back memories and smiles to peoples faces.

I thought for sure this was too easy to be delicious, but I was SO WRONG! YUM! And my husband and I loved the addition of pecans to the popular holiday menu item! Thanks for sharing. It will be on my holiday table from now on!
