I tried this recipe and I was DELICIOUS!!!!The flavor was spot on and we just kept on eating it until it was gone!!! Someone wrote about it being oily, it was a little bit, but not overwhelming, that is from the mayonnaise being in it, mayo does do that. I make a tuna and noodles with mayo and some oil is on top, but it is still good. I only use Hellman's Mayonnaise also, not the cheaper kind, because I do believe you will get more oil. So stick to Hellman's people!! A delicious dip!!!

This is a great simple recipe. I have made it several times and it is always a hit. I use pepper jack chesse instead of the monteray for a little more kick but not much so everyone can enjoy.

Yum! This is delicious. I used light mayo and a Mexican cheese blend and it was fantastic. I made it for a jewelry party I had at my house and everyone loved it! I will make this again for sure!

I don't know what went wrong with this recipe but it was awful! I'm a serious cook and have been cooking for a long time, but this dip came out of the oven with about a 1/2 inch of oil on the top and as it sat, it became more and more oily. I had to throw it away. Will be looking for another corn dip recipe. Sorry!

While I was preparing this dish, my husband commented "How could I not like this....I love each of these ingredients!". When he took the first bite, he said "This warms my soul, put it on the KEEPER list".

LOVED THIS DIP! Will be a family fav, served it to friends & everyone loved it, not a bite was left. Did not have to heat it for the full 30 min. I used a glass dish. Next time will make a double batch.

I made this for Christmas Eve. I thought that it would be too much for 5 people and it was so good we ate the whole thing. The only problem is that we filled up on it so much my guests didn't eat much of the dinner. Easy prep and I can't think of anything negative to say. I am making it again for New Years.
