Yummy! I made this for Christmas appetizer and it was pretty tasty! I did add a little salt since other reviewers said it needed it and it was very good. Next time I think I'll substitute spicy chiles or jalapeño for one of the cans of green chiles to make it hotter. But it was very good! Also I served with tostitos scoops which were perfect for this and rather salty themselves.

Made this for our Christmas get together. It was a hit. Used Pepper Jack & Monterrey Jack cheese since my family likes it hot! Had to make another batch it went so fast.

Made this for Christmas Eve "grazing" and it was a big hit! Served it with Tostitos Scoops chips which made it easy to keep it contained.
Used a combination of light and regular mayonnaise and replaced a small amount of the one total cup with creme fraiche. Yummy! Also added a pinch of cayenne for some heat.

I made this for my family for our Christmas celebration and every bite was eaten. This was my first time watching your show and you are definitely on my DVR list. Such an easy recipe with such great results! I thought it might have too much of a mayo taste to it but it did not, I hardly noticed the mayo at all.

Great flavor ... easy. Another SUPER recipe from the down to earth Trisha Yearwood. Just for the record ... two cups of GRATED cheese renders a different weight than two cups of cheese.

This dip was good, but when I took it out of the oven, it had a nice oil slick on the top of it. I think I will try this again but cut back on the mayo. I wonder if you could sub sour cream for the mayo?
