Really easy to put together. Took to my Christmas bunco group and they all loved it. Didn't spice it up too much for the ladies, kept it relatively true to the recipe except I added some salt and a little, tiny bit of hot sauce. Also, the recipe calls for 2 cups of Monterey Jack and then says "about 8 ounces". Two cups is actually 16 ounces. Love Trisha and her show. Reminds me of the early days of Paula Deen when she was real and cooked down to earth recipes with normal ingredients - before she got all "hollywood".

I made this yesterday and took it to a Christmas party. Everyone loved it. It was very easy to make. After reading one reviewer say it was bland, I added diced jalapenos, red pepper, paprika and salt to mine and it was very flavorful. I would make it again.

Yummy! I made this recipe for a recent Christmas party and it was a huge success! I did add a little Tony's Chachere's cajun seasoning to the recipe to spice it up.

Very good. Added some hot sauce. Put it in a mini-crockpot to keep warm on the buffet table

Very good! We substituted a can of Rotel and some diced jalapeños since we didn't have any canned green chiles. It turned out very well and disappeared in a few minutes! Thank you, Trisha!

The first time I had seen this dip, was on The View, and couldn't wait to make it. But, I'm sorry I have to say this, the dip didn't wow me or my husband. We thought the dip was a bit bland. Sorry for the bad review. I do enjoy watching watching Trisha's Southern Kitchen. I tape the shows, and even have both her cookbooks. I do adore Trisha, as she is so genuine, and such an amazing cook. She makes cooking look so easy and so fun. I look forward to watching her show every weekend. It would be great if all her cooking episodes were on dvd's, for anyone to buy them.
