Golly I had forgotten this receipe and I love it. One of the first receipes I made as a kid. Found the receipe in the flour bag as a bake off winner in the 1950's. Easy & Yummy.

this was not an amazing or noteworthy cookie. they were amazing hot out of the oven but after cooling--tasted like a cookie with cinnamon and sugar but not what I expected.

These cookies are SO YUMMY!!! I had never made Snickerdoodles before. They were very easy to make. I do not have the best of luck when it comes to making cookies, so I was not expecting them to turn out good. I was amazed when I tasted them! I can't stop eating them! Thank you for all of your amazing recipes Trisha.

Perfect Snickerdoodle fix! I didn't have cream of tartar so I substituted 2-1/2 tsp Baking Powder + 1/4 tsp additional baking soda. Also only had 1 egg on hand so added 1 tsp of water and 2 tsp cream to add some liquid to the creaming ingredients. Cookies turned out perfect! Thanks for the recipe!

These were super easy and the result was a moist cookie on the inside and crispy on the outside. They are exactly as they should be. I highly recommend these cookies! My tough 8 year old critic said they were "awesome"...

Yet another of trisha's recipe I loved and once again followed to a "T"! they were fantastic I changed ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the recipe. My family claimed they tasted like cinnamon toast crunch (childern cereal and oh boy yall they are addicting! kids, adults anyone its for sure to be a hit. Another keeper in my collection.

Super easy and very yummy recipe. I just made 4 batches for a cookie swap and so far they are a hit with my kids. I didn't press down on the dough balls like some people suggested, I set the timer for 4 minutes then whack the pans on the counter top. Then I put them back in the oven to finish cooking.. I also set the oven for 375, 400 seemed too hot and I like these a little softer.... ENJOY :
