My family loved this recipe. I have a house full of picky eaters (ages 1, 3, and dad and this was a hit at dinner time! The more cheese the better and this is an extremely simple make. This will definitely go into my winter rotation of recipes!!

Just ok for me. I had to add spice, it was too bland. So I put in some chipotle peppers. Also, I used 2 cups of 1/2 and 1/2 and 2 of skim milk. That part was fine, although I use just chicken broth for for other recipes and they taste great without the aded fat and calories...Perhaps the fajita seasoning was not to my liking?

This was an amazing recipe!! Very easy to make...my daughters (17&10 helped. We made this during Hurricane Sandy...warmed us right up. Even my pickiest eater (the 17 year old ate 2 bowls!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!

This soup is AWESOME!!! Made the soup on Saturday and seems to taste even better the second day!!! Even my son's teenage friends had some and loved it!

I love Trisha- she and I are the same age and both Georgia girls : I have both of her cookbooks and EVERYTHING she makes is wonderful. If you haven't tried her broccoli cornbread you are missing out. I made the soup and the only change I made was to put 2 cups of whipping cream instead of 4 cups half and half. I had plenty of liquid and even let it cook down a little. My grocery store didn't have fajita seasoning so I used taco seasoning and it was still great. We are so proud of you Trisha!

Very easy to make and one of the best totilla soups I have ever had. I did, however, put the cheese directly into the soup instead of topping each serving. It was very good and I will use this recipe in our annual Columbus Day Weekend Soup event.
