I made this today after seeing it this morning. Great recipe; however, I wanted it a little spicier. So I added hot jalapenos and medium/hot salsa. The flavors turned out wonderfully with a added creaminess that I was looking for.

I love this!!!! Thank you Trisha for making easy meals. I am not a very good cook and a single mom. So anything that is simple that I can start making things is great. Even my daughter helped make this, she is 5 years old. It is the best soup I have ever had...Thanks again Trisha :

This was delicious and very easy to make! I added a little Sriracha sauce on top to kick it up! I also used blue corn tortilla chips for presentation!
Thanks Tricia!! I love your recipes!

This soup is amazing! I made it last week but just now watched the episode. Trisha came up with the recipe and hands down, the best! The only change I made was, I used a whole rotisserie chicken because my husband and I like dark meat and that way it has a little of both. It also saves some cooking time. Trisha, awesome, thank you for sharing!!!

A friend made this and gave me some to take home and it was delicious! She blended the corn and beans with the cream to make it an even creamier soup. I will making this today and following her method.

Absolutely the best! This recipe is a keeper. The batch made enough that we were able to share with friends who loved it too. So easy to make. Even better a couple days later. Made as directed. Wouldn't change a thing!
