    Excellent chicken tortilla soup however I added 1 can of Rotel to this recipe for some extra zip and that's just what it needed!!! Will make again and again.

    Trisha's Tortilla Soup was so tasty & easy to make. This recipe is perfect for people who work 8-5 jobs & don't want to cook when they get home. Pretty easy... All you have to do is throw all ingredients in the pot & let it cook for the allotted time. I am making again very soon!

    I am making this today...for the THIRD time since seeing it on her show!Today it's going to my Moms house for dinner with the parents and my sister...I love this and so does my 10 tear old daughter.I have also sent a pot of it to my son and his girlfriend....everyone loves it! I do just grate all the cheese and toss it in before serving and I also sometimes like it with pepper jack cheese(just for extra kickBut it's brilliant as is....and I will be making this alot...Thanks Trisha!

    I substituted a rotisserie chicken for the four chicken breasts to save time. It was the best soup I've ever eaten! Even my husband, who isn't a really big soup eater, loved it! This recipe is a keeper!
