Love the edamame. Dressing was way too sweet. If I make it again I will just use like a 1/4 of the sugar, it over powered the lime and cilantro. Also I added some slivered jalepeno to the salad. We will make this one again!

This was so yummy! I cut the oil by half and also the sugar. It was still sweet but added some sriracha sauce. I also added some toasted ramen noodles and almonds. My husband loved it too! Its a definite keeper for us!

I loved this recipe. But is there a typo with the oil. None of us need 2 cups of oil. I used 1/4 cup of oil and 1-2 tbsp of ground flax seed. Then adjusted the liquid with lime juice and rice vinegar. Very very tasty

Wow...my taste buds had a trip to flavor town and they didn't want to leave. Since it's only my husband and I, I cut the recipe in half and now I wish I hadn't. I did make a few tweaks. For half a recipe of dressing I did:
I saw that the dressing started to seperate a little in the show presentation, so I substituted some of the sugar for light corn syrup 1/4 C I also cut back half of the olive oil and added one tsp sesame oil. I forgot the garlic so I added 1 Tablespoon of Sriracha. I added only a 1/4 C of sugar
I made sure that to measure the lime juice 2 1/2 T.
So good...So good!

This DRESSING IS TO DIE FOR. Even my husband liked this salad; he even ate the beans. This salad can be varied with other ingredients such as an apple or pear.

Everyone in my family LOVED this salad. We love cilantro so I added more to the dressing. It is very versatile..you can add chicken, beef, pork, shrimp to make it a meal. Also, I tried it with peanuts and wasabi peas on top. Both were GREAT!!!

This was delicious-the perfect compliment to a Thai dinner. THis recipe must make a huge amount as I only used half of a large head of napa (skipped the red cabbageand it made enough for 6 servings. I halved the dressing and would probably reduce the sugar by half again. It's a good base salad to add your own touch. I will definitely make again.

I agree, was too oily and kinda bland.. Added ramen noodles to the salad, and also put some sesame seeds and teriyaki sauce in the dressing to spice it up a little. But overall ok..not fabulous..
