Made these during my Christmas Cookies Marathon. DELICIOUS. Didn't have macadamia nuts so I used chopped pecans. They are light, chewy & tasty. Will make these again for sure !!!

I am not a big cookie fan but I watched Trisha make these during the holidays and decided to try them. They are super easy to make and are not my most favorite cookie of all time! I especially like to warm them a bit in the microwave to make them even better. I love the flavor the macadamia nuts give when warmed. Thanks for the great recipe Trisha.

I tried five new cookie recipes for Christmas this year, and although they were all good, these by far were the star of the show. Everything about them was wonderful, the texture, the flavor, the appearance. I will definitely make these again.

I had 3 different cookie parties to go to and these were the hit of all of them. I made them with and without the nuts. A huge hit every time. This goes in the keeper file for sure!

I made this cookie as part of a Christmas platter for work. "WOW" was the most common compliment....everyone loved it and it was so easy to make. Cannot recommend it enough..thank you Trisha!

Very tasty!! I made the recipe exactly as written, but I just chopped up the macadamia nuts white chocolate chips, and cranberries a bit- to spread the "love" throughout the cookie :- The dough is still really chunky, and I had a few chunks break off as they cooled, but what yummy chunks they were! They look beautiful too!
