These are a huge hit with friends and family. I omit the nuts. I'm making more today for christmas:

Great recipe. The tartness of the cranberry really balances the sweetness of the white chocolate. I included these in my Xmas cookie gift tins and they were a big hit. I did make them a little smaller, as they pack better and people can try more varieties without over-doing. I just cut baking time a bit and watched them carefully. I also always chill a while so they don't spread (don't like a flat bendy cookie. Will do these again for sure.

Thank You so much Trisha! These were such a hit with everyone at my work. They love the flavor and texture of these cookies. The sweetness of the white chocolate, tanginess from the cranberries, and slight saltiness from the roasted macadamia nuts. Nice combination. I usually bake 9 to 12 different cookies and treats every year for Christmas. This will be added to the list each year. Thanks again!

These cookies are the best! I made them with my cousin tonight and the only thing we changed was we dropped them by teaspoonful and lowered cook time a few minutes. We made 4 dozen and they are absolutely delicious! Thanks Trisha!

I took these to a cookie party, they were the bell of the ball. One girl actually said to me, this is the best cookie I have ever eaten, period. When I went to leave the cookie party (we exchanged cookies A guy chased after me and asked if I would leave some more of mine. I have never had this positive of a reaction to a cookie. Fantastic!!
p.s. I would have to agree with what another reviewer said about a little less sugar, I would either cut it to 3/4 cup or less white chocolate chips. Everyone loved them but, they are a bit sweet for my personal taste.

DELICIOUS!!! My mother-in-law doesn't really like cookies, after eating one of these she said, "she may just become a cookie lover!"

I make a lot of cookies every December and this year I tried this recipe. I took a variety of cookies to the office and these went first. Everybody loved them. I will have to make these again before Christmas. This recipe is a keeper. I swapped almonds for macadamia nuts.

I just made these cookies, they are absolutely amazing!!! The combination of the cranberries, the nuts and the white chocolate is so delicious. I did follow the suggestion of several reviewers to cut back the sugar, instead of 1 cup I used 3/4 cup. I also doubled the recipe and it came out perfect.
