This are fantastic. I don't have the patience to bake cookies so I make bars instead. These came out wonderful as a bar cookie. I added a little more butter and also added some coconut to the recipe. My husband loved them!!

Great cookie, and easy to make. Next time I'll double the recipe, and maybe add in a few chocolate chips for variety. Didn't add notes because of nut allergies in our home.

These cookies were easy to prepare and came out looking great! The raw dough had tasted very sweet to me, so I added about 1/2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice and @ 1/2 tsp. of grated lemon zest (also had to add a light sprinkling of flour to bring back the original consistency of the dough. Baked them the full 15 minutes (after 12 they were a bit raw in the middle. The taste was still a bit sweet for me (next time I'll cut back on the amounts of white chips and the cranberries (probably to 1/2 cup each. Have put the second batch in making them half the size (1 heaping T. scoop - didn't do drop cookies. That way you yield more, and since they're sweet, people will probably prefer a smaller cookie. If you enjoy really sweet treats - these are definitely for you.

I bake a lot of cookies and these have just become my new favorites! The recipe is easy and the cookies are divine. I'm taking these to a cookie exchange party tonight.

This recipe is easy and delicious! I made these one night and took them to work the next day. The cookies didn't last. Everyone came back for more. I didn't add the nuts because I don't like nuts in my cookies, but I may make two batches in the future: one with nuts and one without. I highly recommend this recipe. Definitely a crowd pleaser and perfect for the holiday season.

One of my all time favorites. Will use this as a staple Christmas Cookie from this day forward. I didn't have dried cranberries but used dried cherries I had on hand. I also used Pecans as I didn't have macadamia nuts. These are similar to chocholate chip cookies only better. Yummy!

One 4 oz. bag of sweetened dried cranberries was plenty. Excellent recipe.
