I absolutely loved this smoothie! I am lactose intolerant so the soy milk was a good alternative. I also tried it with rice milk and it worked just as well as skim milk. Both the soy milk and rice milk was vanilla flavored which only enhanced the flavor. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something smooth and refreshing.
